1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website balancedbodybase.com and the online consultation services provided by balancedbodybase (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we provide
We provide private, online weight-management consultations for adults, delivered over Google Meet. During a consultation we offer information, education, and guidance about weight management — including answering questions about options such as GLP-1 — and, where appropriate, we refer you to a licensed clinic for further assessment.

3. Who can use our service
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Bookings and payment
- You book a consultation by selecting an available time and completing payment through our booking process.
- Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider; by paying, you also agree to that provider’s terms.
- Prices are as shown at the time of booking.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation and consultation link.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Our role and scope
- Consultations are provided by a licensed nurse based in Bangkok, focused on weight management.
- We provide guidance and referral. We do not sell, supply, dispense, or prescribe medication through this website or our consultations. Any medication (including GLP-1) requires proper clinical assessment and prescription through the appropriate licensed channels, which is why we refer you to a licensed clinic when relevant.
- We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, or outcome result. Individual results depend on many personal factors.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest information so we can offer appropriate guidance;
- Use the consultation for lawful, personal purposes;
- Not record, share, or redistribute a consultation without our written consent;
- Follow up with a qualified medical provider for diagnosis, prescription, or treatment as needed.
8. Third-party services
Consultations are delivered via Google Meet, and payments are processed by a third-party provider. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
All content on balancedbodybase.com — text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. No emergency service
Our service is not for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
