Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking
When you book a consultation with balancedbodybase, payment is taken at the time of booking to reserve your time slot. You receive a confirmation and a private Google Meet link.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your consultation free of charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
- To reschedule, email info@balancedbodybase.com or use the link in your confirmation.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: non-refundable, though you may reschedule once as a courtesy.
- No-shows (not attending your booked time without notice): non-refundable.
4. If we need to cancel or reschedule
If we have to cancel or reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will be offered a new appointment time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. Technical issues
Consultations are held over Google Meet. If a consultation cannot proceed due to a technical problem on our side, we will reschedule it or offer a full refund. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone before your appointment.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@balancedbodybase.com with your name and booking details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days, subject to the provider’s processing times.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
